It's Fine, I'm Fine | Risograph Print | Two Colours

This design was inspired by challenges of life during the pandemic — the idea of “sure I’m fine,” but like actually I’m not & this all is not fine is shown through sarcastic imagery like the “ok” symbol, and anatomical references to COVID-19 such as a set of lungs and classic skulls 💀
Printed in blue & fluorescent pink in Calgary, Alberta at Yolkless Press.
Dimensions are 8” x 10” and fits into a standard frame.
FYI - risograph is a method of printing that combines the stencil process of screen printing with the digital nature of photocopying. Riso prints one colour at a time, and the design can use different opacities and overlays to produce many shades and intricacies. The result is a beautiful texture and a charming misaligned quality.
